The Item/Design I want is sold out, will it restock?
If an item is a Limited Edition or on Sale, it will not be restocked. However, seasonal and other designs will only get restocked if they are in high demand. Preorders will determine the restock quantities. LAST CHANCE and RETIRING will not be restocked in the future. This is so that I can make room for newer art. So get it while you can!

What is a Pre-order?
A pre-order is an order placed for an item that hasn't been released nor produced or is not currently in stock. As soon as the preorder period ends /or meets its interest check, the orders will be sent to production and may take around 2-4 weeks to arrive at my address. After that, all orders will be shipped out and proceed to their delivery time.
Pre-orders include benefits such as freebies and special discounts! (Excluding restocks of old designs)
Is there a way to fix a bent post?
Yes! Place a rubber clutch on the pin post, then gently (and SLOWLY) push the needle back in place. A pair of pliers would work well too. If the post is wobbly a little super glue should help.
Can I draw fanart of your OCs?
Yes, absolutely you can! As long as you credit me @tinybloombear You are more than welcome to draw my beloved characters~!

What is your grading policy? What is an A,B,C-grade??
Handmade items such as; hand-painted coasters cannot be perfect!! As a one-person creating these products, natural variations and slight flaws occur during every production process. A lot of time/energy is put into the production and grading of these items. Please read below for more details on my grading standards.
A Grades/Standards
A-grades are the best of the batch for the particular design. If there is a minor imperfection that is across more than 20% of the batch, that will be considered part of the standard grade for that design/batch. No major defects will be considered standard. A-grades may exhibit very minor imperfections that can be seen under close inspection.
- Stray glitter
- Wiggly posts
- Small traces of random debris (dust, fuzz, etc.)
- Small amounts of tiny bubbles in enamel, glitter or epoxy coating
- Light scuffing, scratches, dents, enamel bleeding or tarnish.
- Slight discolouration and imperfections in/on the product item on the sides and /or back of the item
- Minor Print discolouration
B Grades
Noticeable minor defects, however, very close to being Standard grade pin.
- Moving posts
- Chipped metal plating
- Discolouration or staining
- Large dents, divots, scratches
- Excessive bubbles, scratches, dents, divots
- Foreign materials embedded in resin, glitter or epoxy
- Lightly discoloured/tarnished plating
- Wrong cutlines (Stickers)
C Grades
Very visible multiple minor and/or major defects. Perfect for those on a budget. In addition to the defects mentioned above, C grades may also have...

- Cracked UVDTF print
- Missing parts of the product item
- Noticeable large resin bubbles
- Part of the image cut off/misaligned cutlines
